First, the genetisists of Cabal Enterprises create a new strain of virus known as the "Brain Bug". This "Brain Bug" is a virus spread through the air, and is completely resistant to antibiotics. When it comes in contact with human skin, it seeks out the part of brain that controls rational thought, and quickly eats it away, leaving the rest of the brain in tact.

That virus is injected into a special compartment of Cabal Enterprises pens, then the pens are shipped worldwide. Once most of world's population begins using the pens, a button is pressed, realising the gas everywhere. Most of the world turns into mindless zombies. Then, I will again use my small army of highly armed mercenaries to crush all opposition and take the throne.
